Clean, Protect & Sanitize 

3M Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon
Sealers help provide easy care and a long lasting clean fresh appearance. 1) You can count on it to keep your carpet, upholstery, wood, leather, tile/grout, stone... clean up to 3 to 6 times longer than untreated. 2) By preventing soils/spills from penetrating; dry soil is easily vacuumed away, and spills are removed easily with prompt clean up. 3) It provides long lasting protection by decreasing wear and fiber breakdown.

Re-application of Scotchgard/Teflon is recommended with all cleanings, by the manufacturers. “To return the fiber to the same quality of performance as when it left the mill.” 

Microban
Microban disinfectant is an effective bacteriacide, fungicide, and virucide. Microban kills mold, viruses and bacteria on contact (removing their odors); insects and their larvae. (dust mites, fleas, bed bugs…) Microban should be used each cleaning; when the items are exposed small children and pets.

1) Microban eliminates mold, bacteria, viruses...on contact. Making your home or business healthier to occupy. 2) Removes or reduces odors that are caused by the microorganisms. 3) Helps improve appearance caused by microorganisms.  

Blood, mold, vomit, urine, and feces are BIO HAZARDS. Thoroclean requires Microban to be applied on items to be cleaned, that have signs of blood, mold, vomit, urine and feces. As cleaning over these, increases the existing health hazard to those in the cleaning area during and after the cleaning.

Otherwise Microban should be used every other cleaning.
