Pool Cage & Lanai Cleaning
Screen enclosures collect algae, mildew, and webbing faster than anything else on a Florida property — and they're the one surface high pressure will destroy. We soft wash the screens, frame, and deck together, so the whole enclosure comes back usable in a single visit.
01
Screen & Frame Soft Washing
Low-pressure cleaning that clears algae, mildew, pollen, and webbing from screen mesh and aluminum framing. Pressure washing a screen enclosure tears the mesh and pits the frame — soft washing is the only method that cleans it without causing damage.
02
Pool Deck & Patio Cleaning
The deck inside the cage gets cleaned in the same visit — pavers, concrete, and coping washed back to their original color, with the organic growth that makes wet decks slippery removed.
03
Post-Rainy-Season Reset
A Florida summer leaves enclosures at their worst. A full reset once the rainy season ends clears months of accumulated growth at once — the most common way homeowners here schedule it.
“Top quality and amazing prices. I've used Mike for 5 years and would never go elsewhere — he's very trustworthy and a professional at what he does. There has never been a time I've had to have him touch anything up, and I have OCD. Make sure you try this company out, no one can top their quality of work and prices!”
