Will pressure washing damage my stucco or tile roof?
No. Stucco walls and tile roofs are soft washed: a low-pressure rinse with a cleaning solution that does the work, so there is no high pressure on the surface. High pressure is kept for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and pavers.
What happens to the wash water?
Partners must never send wash water to a storm drain.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as the partner can get to the areas being cleaned. Leave gates unlocked and pets inside, and we will let you know when the job is done.
