Salt air on the coast. Near the beach and the Intracoastal, a salt film builds on glass, railings and screen enclosures, and it dulls them quickly if it’s left.

Summer rain and humidity. Afternoon storms through the summer keep roofs, walls and pavers damp. Mildew and algae grow fastest on shaded surfaces and around pools.

Screen enclosures and pool decks. Pool cages collect dirt and algae on the screens and frame, and the decks under them stay damp. Both clean up best with a low-pressure method suited to them.

Hurricane season. From June through November, storms can bring wind-driven rain and debris. A clean exterior before the season makes it easier to spot problems after a storm.

Yes. Screen enclosures are soft washed at low pressure, which cleans the screens and frame without tearing the mesh. Mention the size of the enclosure when you request a quote.

Can condo or townhome owners book with you?

Yes, for the parts of the home that are yours to look after, such as windows, patios and interiors. For shared exteriors, your association can arrange community-wide work with one contract.

Is western Broward different from the coast?

A little. Homes near the water see more salt film on glass and screens, while the western communities see more lawn growth, irrigation stains and mildew on shaded walls. Your pro plans each visit around the home.
