Exterior cleaning takes care of what weather leaves behind: dust, pollen, rain spots and the haze that builds up on glass facing the street or the yard. It's the right choice when the inside still looks fine, or when you want a quick lift for curb appeal. Inside and out is the full reset. Interior glass collects fingerprints, cooking film and dust that you see every day, and you only get true clarity when both sides are clean. Many customers book inside and out once or twice a year, and exterior only in between.

How often should you clean your windows?

Most homes look their best with a full inside-and-out cleaning once or twice a year. Exterior glass often needs more attention: every three to four months is common for homes near the water, on busy roads, under trees or in dusty or high-pollen areas. Homes with kids or pets usually notice interior smudges sooner. Spring is a popular time to start fresh, and many customers schedule again before the holidays or before hosting. Do you clean screens and tracks?

Yes. Screens are removed, cleaned and put back, and tracks are cleared of loose dirt. If a screen is torn or bent, your pro will let you know so you can decide what to do.

Do I need to be home?

For exterior-only cleaning, no, as long as gates are unlocked and your pro can reach every window. For inside and out, someone needs to be home or arrange access. You'll get photos when it's done.

Can you clean second-story windows?

In most cases, yes. Mention it when you request your quote, along with anything unusual like skylights, very tall windows or glass over a slope, so the right pro is matched to the job.

What if it rains after my cleaning?

Light rain usually rinses off without leaving much behind on clean glass. If you see streaks or missed spots from the cleaning itself, tell us within seven days and we'll make it right.

How long does it take?

Most homes take two to four hours for exterior only, and longer for inside and out, depending on the number and size of windows. Your quote confirms the time window.
