How often does each service need to happen?

Grounds maintenance typically runs weekly or every other week in the growing season and less often in cooler months. Pet waste stations are usually serviced weekly, or more often in busy communities. Dumpster pads and bins are commonly cleaned monthly, with more frequent visits for restaurants or properties where odor is a concern. Your proposal sets a schedule for each service.

Name a site contact who can answer questions and receive visit reports.
Arrange access to pool gates, equipment rooms, dumpster enclosures and any locked areas, including early-morning entry.
Share a map of the grounds, pet stations and amenity areas in scope.
Confirm where your crew can connect to water and power if needed.
Let us know about pool hours, irrigation schedules and any areas that are off limits.
Tell residents or tenants the schedule so cars and personal items are moved from work areas.

Stations are emptied and restocked at each visit. Your proposal confirms what's supplied.

Will grounds work disturb residents?

Visits are scheduled with your site contact to limit disruption, and noisy work can be planned for reasonable hours.

Do you work with commercial properties too, or only HOAs?

Both. Grounds maintenance and dumpster and bin cleaning are available for office parks, shopping centers and other commercial properties, as well as communities.
