What if it's a light winter?
For each push under 4 in the season, you get a credit toward another Thoro Clean service, such as spring washing or gutters. It's a credit, not cash. Your plan details show the amount for your driveway size.
What if I need more than 10 pushes?
Extra pushes are billed per push at your plan's rate. A storm over 12 inches counts as one extra push.
Do I have to call when it snows?
No. Your pro comes out when snowfall reaches your plan's trigger depth.
Will you clear my driveway at a set time?
No one can promise a time for a storm. Timing depends on the storm and road conditions. Tell us when you usually leave and your local pro will take it into account when planning the route.
Is ice melt included?
Ice melt is extra and applied where it's booked.
Is there a credit if my neighbor signs up too?
Yes. When a neighbor on your street signs up for a plan, you both get a service credit toward another Thoro Clean service. One credit per plan.
Would I rather pay per storm?
