Roof Cleaning
Those dark streaks aren't dirt — they're algae feeding on your shingles, and in a humid climate they spread fast. We clean roofs the way manufacturers specify: low pressure and the right cleaning solution, never a high-pressure blast that strips granules and voids warranties.
01
Shingle Roof Soft Washing
Low-pressure treatment that kills and lifts the algae causing black streaking, along with moss and mildew — without disturbing the protective granules that give an asphalt shingle its life.
02
Tile & Barrel Roof Cleaning
Tile needs a gentler hand and a careful step. We soft wash concrete and clay tile at low pressure and work from proper footing, so growth comes off without cracked or chipped tiles left behind.
03
Cleaning for Insurance & Inspections
If your insurer has flagged algae or organic growth on your roof, a documented soft wash is usually what resolves it. We photograph the roof before and after so you have something to send back.
“Top quality and amazing prices. I've used Mike for 5 years and would never go elsewhere — he's very trustworthy and a professional at what he does. There has never been a time I've had to have him touch anything up, and I have OCD. Make sure you try this company out, no one can top their quality of work and prices!”
