Every home is different, so we quote each job. Send a request with a few photos and your quote arrives the same day.
What is your guarantee?
If something about a completed job isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and make it right at no additional cost.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule ahead of time. A late-cancellation fee applies as described in our Terms of Service.
Are you insured?
Every partner who works with Thoro Clean carries insurance, which we verify before they are assigned any job.
Who does the work?
Vetted, insured independent partners. Thoro Clean handles your quote, scheduling and payment, and stands behind the result.
What happens to the wash water?
Partners must never send wash water to a storm drain.
How does scheduling work?
Once you accept your quote, you pick a date and we confirm it by text and email.
